Submit Job Advertisement – Publish Your Recruitment Notice on JobNewsAssams.com

Are you an organization looking to publish your recruitment advertisement? JobNewsAssams.com invites direct submissions from organizations for posting job openings.
(Please note: We do not accept submissions from consultancy agencies, recruitment firms, or outsourcing companies. Only in-house requirements are eligible.)

To ensure smooth publication, please follow the guidelines given below.

📌 How to Submit Your Job Advertisement

Organizations must send their job advertisement in the prescribed format using the official company letterhead, duly signed by the authorized signatory.
Additionally, the same advertisement must be attached in MS Word format.

All submissions must be emailed from the organization’s official email ID (e.g., abc@companyname.xyz) and addressed to:

📝 Required Format for Job Advertisement

Please include the following details in your advertisement:

  1. Name of Post

  2. Number of Posts

  3. Pay / Stipend

  4. Age Limit

  5. Educational Qualification & Experience

  6. Walk-in Date and Time (if applicable)

  7. Application Fee (if applicable)

  8. How to Apply

  9. Last Date of Submission

  10. Company / Organization Profile
    (A short description within 100–200 words)

Also, attach your company logo (Format: .jpg / .png, Size: 400×400 pixels).

⚠ Important Instructions

  • Please ensure that the same advertisement is not posted with any other online media agency in Assam.

  • Proper punctuation and formatting are mandatory; poorly structured advertisements may be rejected.

  • Organizations should submit job notifications at least 10 days before the application deadline as we handle a large queue of advertisement requests.

💼 Registration Fee Details

Private organizations are required to pay a Yearly Registration Fee of ₹2500/- for each financial year (e.g., 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024).
Payment can be made through NEFT or UPI.

Registration includes:

  • A dedicated company page (e.g., Alegra Labs Recruitment)

  • Ability to post unlimited job advertisements throughout the financial year

Note: Registration fees are non-refundable.
